I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms had rather old-fashioned decor but were in really good condition and had comfortable beds along with a good LCD TV. The service was top-notch, with great car hire, housekeeping, and airport shuttle options available. The location was very convenient, being very near the 'Parque' underground station and in a very safe area. However, the dining options were a bit limited with only Singapore noodles available. The facilities were decent overall.
